I liked the ramen but customer service was quite bad. The staff (woman) was kind of rude. She asks you to leave the table if you finish eating and removes your plate. I understand that the place is popular and people outside are doing a line to enter but she stays in front of the counter table looking at the customers so you feel under pressure to finish quickly and cannot really enjoy the ramen.... They are careful with coronavirus prevention and asking people not to talk while eating and/or without mask but the staff is touching money and then delivering the ramen bowls to the customers without washing their hands or removing the gloves. With coronavirus or not, this is not hygienic at all....

December 2023. I arrived around 12:30 on Monday, and there were about 10 customers ahead of me, and it took about 40 minutes to be seated. While waiting in line to sit on the bench in the store, I decided to order a char siu plate, plum white soy sauce, and ginjo sake, but the char siu plate was sold out, so I changed to a wonton plate. When we sat down, the first thing we were served was ginjo sake poured into a nice white sake cup, followed by a plate of wontons, the ginjo sake quickly replaced, and plum white soy sauce. From the moment I was lining up outside the store, I could smell the aroma that made me want to drink sake, so it goes perfectly with Ginjo sake! The fact that the seasoning is not green onions but mitsuba leaves makes for a nice balance. I feel that both the char siu dish and plum white soy sauce have been established as delicious, high-quality dishes. However, it is in the category of a super popular ramen shop where you have to wait in line to eat, and the only thing that makes it very special for me is that many customers compare it with ramen from other shops without even drinking alcohol. All I can say is regret. Personally, I would consider Kuromatsu-san to be in the category of a delicious restaurant, where I would enjoy the noodle ingredients with sake before the noodles (rather than before the soba noodles), and the final ingredient would be a simple mitsuba plum, and I would enjoy the soup stock and noodles. As a shop that does this, I will add it to my five-star favorites list and post it! This is just my personal theory, but I think Kuromatsu is the most wonderful restaurant with homemade noodles that aren't ramen, soba, or udon! I hope that the name of the restaurant will become Sake and Homemade Noodles Kuromatsu someday. Sorry to bother you again.

Homemade Men Kuromatsu is a ramen restaurant founded in 2016 (Heisei 28), located 19 minutes walk from JR Takasaki Station. The owner of the shop is the same popular ramen shop in Takasaki city. Inspired by ``China Soba Nakajima'', he entered ``Kazuya'' in Tokyo, where the owner of the restaurant trained. After that, he further trained at famous restaurants such as ``Nagi'' and opened his current shop. Immediately after that, its deliciousness became a hot topic of conversation, and now the restaurant has become a place where people always line up. I visited at 10:50 in the morning on a weekend. There were many customers at the store even before the store opened. When I looked at the record, I saw that about 50 people had already been registered, and I hurriedly filled in their names. The store opened at 11 a.m., and we waited for an hour and a half to get inside. By 1:20 p.m., it was sold out today. amazing. Well, what I ordered was (Matsu) special Chinese noodles. Since you can choose between black soy sauce and white soy sauce, I chose white soy sauce. Most of the other customers also ordered the same menu. After a while, the ramen arrived! The kind owner asked, ``Is it okay to put seaweed in it?'' Well, I love you so please! However, the soup looks clear and delicious! When you take a sip, the mellowness of the white soy sauce and the flavor of the chicken and knotweed spread in your mouth. This is amazing. The homemade noodles have a high water content and are smooth to the touch. It goes well with the soup and is delicious! The noodles are so delicious that you can slurp them as many times as you like. The lineup of ingredients includes two types of char siew, wontons, mitsuba leaves, menma, and seasoned eggs. The char siu is low-temperature-cooked pork char siu and moist, thick chicken char siu, both of which are so delicious that you won't want to throw them away. And wontons that give you a glimpse of Kazuya's DNA! The filling is tightly packed and the skin has a smooth texture. Well, this is delicious too. There's nothing to say about the menma and flavored eggs! Overall, it has a devil-like balance, and I think it will be popular. It was really delicious! It's likely to become even more popular in the future, so if you're interested, we strongly recommend checking it out as soon as possible.

[Homemade Men Kuromatsu] is one of the famous restaurants in Gunma. I took weekdays off due to work and was able to visit the store for the first time 😊🎵 I arrived at 11:55 after finishing my morning errands. After writing my name on the ledger and waiting outside for an hour, I finally got to the waiting seat inside the store🏃💨I moved and waited for another 10 minutes, so I was finally seated at the counter for a total of 1 hour😅🎶As expected from a popular store, this is the kind of wait. I can't even follow... Since I had finished ordering while seated inside the restaurant, it took me a while to get my bowl of rice🍜!! ️ [Plum] Kake soba (soy sauce) followed by rice with sea urchin and soy sauce egg, and finally special white soy sauce tsukemen 😋✨️ The noodles are very white and beautiful straight noodles, and although they don't have that much of a wheat smell or taste, they go well with the soup. Menma is extremely thick and tastes great. The flavored eggs have a gentle flavor that doesn't overpower the flavor of the soup. The chashu is also served at a low temperature and is so soft that it doesn't have a meaty smell. The white soy sauce had a slightly harsh and harsh taste. Personally, I feel that soy sauce goes better with the noodles and ingredients❕. Overall, I thought I would give it a 5 star considering the atmosphere of the restaurant, the service from the owner, the cleanliness, etc., but I think I would like the noodles to be a bit more assertive. So I'll give it a ☆4. We look forward to continuing to serve you delicious ramen as usual. I apologize for overflowing the water today. (T∀T) Thank you very much for the meal.

This year's ramen at the beginning is Kuromatsu's home-made noodles from Takasaki, with ``kake soba (plum) and white soy sauce'' + ``assorted toppings.'' It's 100 yen more expensive than the "Special Chinese Soba (Matsu)" which comes with all the ingredients, but I wanted to eat grilled wontons that only come with an assortment of ingredients, so I decided on this combination. (The wontons in the special Chinese noodles are regular boiled wontons.) Ai is still excellent
